How does the membership work?

You subscribe once, and eggs are delivered to you every week on your assigned delivery day. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.

What's the intro offer?

New members pay $15 per 2 dozen for the first 4 deliveries, then $18 per week ongoing.

When do I get my eggs?

Your delivery day is based on your zone. We'll confirm your day once you sign up. Deliveries happen weekly on the same day.

Can I skip a week?

Yes! Log into your account and skip any week you don't need eggs. Skipped weeks don't count toward your intro pricing.

Can I pause or cancel?

Absolutely. Pause for holidays or cancel anytime—no lock-in, no penalties.

What if I need extra eggs one week?

You'll be able to add extra dozens as a one-off (we'll send details once you're subscribed).

What if I move or my address changes?

Let us know and we'll update your delivery zone. You may be paused briefly while we reassign your day.

When's the cut-off for changes?

All changes (skips, pauses, add-ons) must be made by Sunday 6pm for the upcoming week.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your account at commonground-growtogether.com/account and click "Manage subscriptions."
