π₯ THE MEMBERSHIP
How does the membership work?
You subscribe once, and eggs are delivered to you every week on your assigned delivery day. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
What's the intro offer?
For your first two weeks, eggs are $7.50 per dozen. After that, $8.50 per dozen if you're in the carton re-use program, or $9.00 per dozen if you need new cartons each week.
What if I need extra eggs one week?
You'll be able to add extra dozens as a one-off β we'll send details once you're subscribed.
π³ BILLING & PAYMENTS
When am I charged?
Your first charge is processed at checkout. After that, you're billed every Thursday, and eggs arrive every Monday.
Why have I been charged twice in one week?
If you joined mid-cycle, you may see two charges close together as your billing aligns to our Thursday schedule. This only happens once during the transition.
π DELIVERIES
When do I get my eggs?
Deliveries happen every Monday. Your delivery zone will be confirmed once you sign up.
What if I move or my address changes?
Let us know and we'll update your delivery zone. You may be paused briefly while we reassign your day.
π₯ EGG CARTONS
Do you take cartons back?
We can't take cartons back to the farm due to biosecurity regulations (the egg police are real π). If you're in our carton re-use program, simply leave your empty cartons out each week and we'll collect and refill them away from the farm.
βΈοΈ SKIPPING, PAUSING & CANCELLING
Can I skip a week?
Yes! Log into your account and skip any week you don't need eggs. Skipped weeks don't count toward your intro pricing.
Can I pause or cancel?
Absolutely. Pause for holidays or cancel anytime β no lock-in, no penalties.
Just a heads up β if you need to pause for more than two consecutive weeks, we may need to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. We'll always reach out before this happens, and you'll be first in line to rejoin when a spot opens up again. π±
When's the cut-off for changes?
All changes must be made before Thursday when billing runs. This includes:
- Skipping a delivery
- Pausing your subscription
- Cancelling your membership
- Updating your delivery address
- Adding extra dozens
- Swapping your carton preference (re-use vs new cartons)
Any changes made on Thursday or after will take effect the following week.

How do I manage my subscription?
Log into your account at commonground-growtogether.com/account and click "Manage subscriptions."
What can I update myself?
You're in control β you can update any of the following yourself at any time from your account:
- Skip or pause a delivery
- Cancel your membership
- Update your delivery address
- Update your billing details
- Swap your carton preference (re-use vs new cartons)
Just remember, changes need to be made before Thursday to take effect that week.
β³ THE WAITLIST
How does the waitlist work?
We open spots slowly and intentionally as our flock grows β we don't push production. You'll get a direct email when a spot becomes available. First in, first served. If you miss it, you stay on the list.
I joined the waitlist β what happens next?
You'll receive a confirmation email straight away. If you don't see it, please check your junk or spam folder β it sometimes ends up there. Once you've confirmed, you're on the list and we'll be in touch when a spot opens up.
Where do I find out about farm goodies and seasonal offers?
Everything comes through email β from spot notifications to seasonal farm produce, add-ons, and special offers. Make sure our emails aren't going to junk so you don't miss out. Add us to your contacts to be safe. πΏ
